Returns & Exchanges We want your return or exchange experience to be simple and straightforward. How to request a return To begin a return, click the “Returns” button and complete the return request form. Once your request has been submitted, you will receive instructions explaining how and where to send your package to our returns facility in the United States. Please wait for these instructions before shipping your item. Refunds Once your package has arrived at our U.S. returns facility and we have confirmed its receipt, we will initiate your refund through Stripe. The refund will be sent to the original payment method used for your purchase. Although we initiate approved refunds promptly, your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the funds in your account. Exchanges Exchanges are also available. You do not need to submit the return form if you would like to exchange an item. Simply contact us through the chat on our website and tell us which item or size you would like instead.
